Kid Kong is a 10yr Athlete with more dedication and drive then many adults. Here you will see many Videos of his training, learning technique and growing to becoming a better all-around athlete. His training is all about building a Strong Base, Work ethic, and setting him up for the future.  Now is the time to engrain good habits. Starting them young before any habits have been engrained is an ideal opportunity to take advantage of. This is something that will benefit him throughout his Elementary, High School and into college years.  

Kid Kong is currently working towards his first Powerlifting meet.
